Everything we do is grounded in the principles and practice of the consumer experience. To us, the consumer experience is about how customers perceive who we are through direct interaction - and it’s a fundamentally powerful way to build our brand. We believe that other disciplines like automotive retail, fleet management and salary packaging when combined with our back-end commitment to technology deliver the consumer a best-in-breed experience.

Still a different way to work

When we started out, we were committed not to rely on the legacy of older style finance broking structures that have traditional delivery method of financial services as the basis for our new company. Instead, we challenged the conventional formula and created a new approach and process. We sought to deliver a consistent and reliable consumer experience and the theory was always steeped in the "Customers for life" approach.
